Our technician has been working with cameras for over 50 years. When you come in with your damaged equipment, one of our employees will take in your items and provide you with a document listing what you have left with us and what appears to be the problem. Our technician will then examine your equipment and prepare a repair estimate for your approval within three to five days. Note: Because we wish to give our customers the most accurate estimate possible, we do not give estimates over the phone.
While we do as much repairing as we can in-house, some items may require the attention of the original manufacture depending on the severity or condition of the damaged equipment. We will notify you if such an action is necessary for your approval. A shipping charge will apply.
