This course is for photographers of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, this course is the 1,000 words.
The premise of this course is that in order to take well-composed photographs, you have to learn to see well-composed photographs.
Part 1 will examine 9 rules of composition using examples of each and how each rule will improve your compositions. We will then discuss Rule #7, which says the first 6 rules are only guidelines.
Part 2 will take 5 well-known well-published professional photographers and discuss a special “principle of composition” attributable to each—with examples.
The course will run about 2 hours, with a break between the sections.
