The MagRing 2 is a magnetic speedring that makes attaching larger modifiers like the MagBox to smaller hot-shoe flashes super simple. With a MagGrip* on your flash, attaching a speedlight to the MagRing 2 takes literally 1 second. Newly optimized for round-head flashes, the MagRing 2 can quickly adapt to either (1) round-head flash or (2) standard speedlites so you can work quickly and confidently.

A Dual Mount That Doesn’t Suck

Mounting two flashes at once in the MagRing 2 is silly easy...which is pretty dope for say overpowering the sun or doubling flash recycle times. With two flashes in the MagRing 2, you've got almost the same power as a studio strobe without actually having to lug one around.

We made the MagRing 2 compatible with your existing MagMod 2 modifiers. Throw on a MagGrid 2, Pro Gel or MagSphere 2 without removing your flashes from the MagRing 2. Yep it's that easy! Woo hoo!

But with MagMod it’s true!

The MagMod modifier system works because of the universal design of the MagGrip 2. The MagGrip 2 is a patented design made of high-quality silicone rubber which makes it easy to stretch and fit onto almost any hot-shoe flash. In addition, the MagGrip 2 contains two rare earth magnets used to attach the MagMod line of flash modifiers including the MagGrid 2, the MagSphere 2, the MagBounce 2, and more!

There’s only one MagGrip design, so you don’t have to worry about getting different sizes for different flashes. While we haven't tested the MagGrip 2 with every flash on the market, we are confident that the MagGrip will work with most flashes that have a rectangular flash head and round head flashes.
